Please try the following:

  1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> All

  2. Select Google Services Framework.

  3. Choose Clear Data and confirm.

  4. Select Force Stop and confirm.

  5. Reboot the device

If this does not resolve the issue, you may want to reinstall the operating system with a firmware update. Go tomymidpad.com/firmware/files/, select your tablet model, and read the installation instructions.
